What happens to my data after screening?: Your donor data is used only to generate your reports. It is encrypted at rest, never sold or shared, and retained according to our data policy. You can request deletion at any time.
How accurate is the scoring?: Our VIP Grant Proprietary Logic accuracy is benchmarked against industry standards. All high-stakes results are reviewed by our team before delivery. We flag any record that needs additional human verification before you make an ask.
Can I add more records mid-contract?: Yes. You can purchase additional record blocks or upgrade to the next package. Unused records do not roll over at renewal.

How does the planned giving flag work?: We screen for indicators of planned giving potential (age, giving history, asset profile) and flag eligible donors in your report. You get a suggested conversation approach and bequest vs. annuity recommendation. Planned giving portfolio analysis is available as a one-time service or on Scale.
Do you offer refunds?: We offer a satisfaction guarantee within 14 days of your first report delivery. Contact us for details. Annual contract terms are in your agreement.

How does the quarterly refresh work?: Launch and Growth clients receive a full re-screening of their database every quarter. New donors you add are screened within 24 hours.
